swatDocuments

swatDocuments is a software tool running on iPhone, iPad and MacOS and providing efficient and structured storing, archiving and viewing of your documents in the cloud.

Cloud Storage

swatDocuments is using Google cloud services (Google Drive) for storing and accessing documents. swatDocuments is not a Google Drive application customization but a genuine application relying on Google Sign In and Google Drive APIs.

Supported Documents Types

• PDF

• JPEG, PNG, TIFF

Configuration

• Stored documents name:

  • Original document name

  • Arbitrary string

  • Storage level name

  • date (year, month, day)

  • Time (hour, minutes, seconds)

  • Separators (".", "-", "_", " ")

• Storage of the current period:

  • Storage root in the drive

  • Storage hierarchy levels

  • Detailed hierarchy names

• Periodic Archive (fonction planned)

  • Archiving root in the drive

  • Archiving hierarchy levels

• Device local file storage
